i had a very nice room upgrade. it was a large corner room. the room view faced the fountain show. there was a full kitchen in the room. a combination washer and dryer was available. it included the breakfast buffet.
finding taxis was difficult. i experienced some delays.

The location was convenient to major attractions. I received vouchers for breakfast while waiting for check-in. I upgraded the room to a two bedroom with Burj and fountain views with extra payment. The breakfast service was very courteous and attentive to our needs.
The gym hours seemed a bit inconvenient as the gym's opening hours were from 7 am to 9 pm.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. i had a view of the burj. It was amazing!!! the kitchen and bathroom were also amazing. the location is very convenient to everything i needed.
the staff was not friendly. they did not. i asked the desk staff to phone for a taxi several times. the response every time was 'they're busy you won't get a taxi this time of the day'.

I appreciated the spacious room, it included a washing machine and dryer. I found the balcony fountain view amazing. The view was enjoyable at night. I really appreciated the helpful staff. The hotel provides free parking, a significant convenience.
The gym's access required calling the restaurant receptionist. It was not as convenient. I believe direct card access would improve the experience.
